This powerful, and compact machine is great for at home use, with 1 HP of power (750-Watts, 120-Volt, 60 Hz), grinding up to 4 lbs. per minute. There are 2 speeds; 1 for grinding and 1 for stuffing, and a reverse function that helps prevent jamming. 3 stainless steel plates 3 mm (fine) 5 mm (medium) and 7 mm (coarse) allow you to custom grind your meats, and the grinder includes a sausage stuffing kit with a spacer and funnel as well as a stomper to assist in your grind. The cord conveniently fits under the all metal housing.

I love my new blender, product as described. My only complaint is the condition of the box, it looked as though it had been opened at some point. Maybe a open box item or a return. I had planned on keeping the box for storage but it was so damaged upon delivery, every corner taped, that I couldn't get it back in the box. Literally, the box fell apart. It looked pretty rough but fortunately the mixer itself was intact and unbroken. Also, it was shipped in the original box, not wrapped. See photos.
I received my Dyson quickly within 3 days, it was very well packaged. Thank you.
