This unit is equipped with the REEL EASY+ 3-in-1 Bump Feed Head with SPEED WINDER, which can be reloaded in 60-seconds or less. This REEL EASY+ head can function as a bump feed head, bladed head or fixed line head. The variable speed trigger and 2-speed switch deliver increased control for any application. The adjustable 13 in. to 15 in. cutting width allows you to optimize your trimmer for increased runtime or increased productivity. I love my new blender, product as described. My only complaint is the condition of the box, it looked as though it had been opened at some point. Maybe a open box item or a return. I had planned on keeping the box for storage but it was so damaged upon delivery, every corner taped, that I couldn't get it back in the box. Literally, the box fell apart. It looked pretty rough but fortunately the mixer itself was intact and unbroken. Also, it was shipped in the original box, not wrapped. See photos.
I received my Dyson quickly within 3 days, it was very well packaged. Thank you.
