This set includes all the pieces you need: Hand Shower, Shower Arm Mount, Shower Hose, Extra Wall Mount, Washers, and Plumbers Tape; just unscrew your old shower head and you are ready to install your new dual shower set. The massage hand shower is made of Chrome ABS and rated at 2.5 GPM water flow, but can easily be increased by removing the water saver. The stainless steel shower hose is extra-long at 72 in. (6 ft.) and has brass fittings for increased durability; it is made of stainless steel SS304 and electroplated. I love my new blender, product as described. My only complaint is the condition of the box, it looked as though it had been opened at some point. Maybe a open box item or a return. I had planned on keeping the box for storage but it was so damaged upon delivery, every corner taped, that I couldn't get it back in the box. Literally, the box fell apart. It looked pretty rough but fortunately the mixer itself was intact and unbroken. Also, it was shipped in the original box, not wrapped. See photos.
