KBICE brings you the 1st Portable self-dispensing nugget ice machine designed for your personal use. No touch, no scoop, soft crunch, self-dispensing nugget ice machine. We recommend using distilled, bottled OR filtered water, as this will improve the performance of the machine. Tap water with a hardness of 100 PPM is also acceptable. Water with excessive calcium will diminish performance and increase the need to clean the machine. The machine will not produce ice if tap water with a hardness 100 PPM is used.

I love my new blender, product as described. My only complaint is the condition of the box, it looked as though it had been opened at some point. Maybe a open box item or a return. I had planned on keeping the box for storage but it was so damaged upon delivery, every corner taped, that I couldn't get it back in the box. Literally, the box fell apart. It looked pretty rough but fortunately the mixer itself was intact and unbroken. Also, it was shipped in the original box, not wrapped. See photos.
I received my Dyson quickly within 3 days, it was very well packaged. Thank you.
