Standard: Delivery in one to seven business days.
Large & Bulky Item Shipping
Please allow seven to ten business days for delivery. Packages with one side longer than 105 inches, weight more than 150 pounds, or length, width, and height more than a total of 162 inches must be shipped using this method. If your item(s) are too large or heavy to ship via standard parcel shipping, we’ll deliver them to the nearest main entrance of your home (or as close as possible for gated homes).
Processing Times
Processing times vary, based on the location of the distribution center where the item originates. Get the most accurate delivery estimate after putting the item in your cart.
To Receive FREE Shipping
- To qualify for free standard shipping, your order must total $299 or more before any taxes, fees or shipping charges are added.
- Free shipping won’t apply if eligible items are canceled, resulting in an order total of less than $299.
- Free shipping applies only to items weighing less than 80 pounds (or 40 pounds for PO boxes and APO/FPO addresses) that meet standard weight or cube requirements.
- Free shipping is only valid on orders shipping to a single address.
- Free shipping doesn’t apply to Special Order items. Special Order items display a future-availability date and aren’t available for same-day store pickup.
- Shipping times start once the order has been processed and shipped. For example, a back-ordered item purchased with standard shipping may take one week to process and then one to seven business days to reach your home.

The shipping method and level of service you choose, as well as your order’s total weight, will determine your shipping rates. Shipping charges aren’t refundable. Free parcel shipping is available on orders $299 or more.

Klimdi.com offers shipping to all US addresses, including Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico, Guam, American Samoa, Palau and the US Virgin Islands.
